Evelyn Louise Palmer's Obituary
Evelyn Louise Palmer, 72, Fruitland Park, Florida went to be with the Lord on September 14, 2016 at The Villages Hospice House. Mrs. Palmer was born on June 28, 1944 in Mobile, Alabama to her parents James N. McKinney and Cumi (Short) McKinney. Mrs. Palmer was a retired accountant for Kmart and moved to Fruitland Park from Mobile, Alabama in 1965. She was a member of Covenant Life Church of God of Fruitland Park, Florida. Former member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. She enjoyed cooking, baking, shopping and loved the water and going to the beach. She is survived by her loving daughters: Renee (John) Coker of Fruitland Park, FL and Tina Exum of Leesburg; a brother: David McKinney of Inverness, FL; two sisters: Carol Elsner of Georgia and Dot Jenkins of Leesburg, FL; four grandchildren: Justice Exum, Ronald Exum, III, Selena Coker and Morgan Coker; one great-grandchild: Kennedy Eubanks and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her late husbands, Leslie Morgan and Ross Palmer and a sister, Marie Henderson. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 4:00PM at Church of God of Prophecy of Leesburg, Florida. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Church of God of Prophecy of Leesburg, Florida in Evelyn’s loving memory.
