Elaine Margaret Sinclair's Obituary
Elaine Margaret Sinclair, 74, Leesburg, Florida, passed away on October 20, 2019 at her residence at Lake Port Square. Elaine was born on May 22, 1945 in Washington, D.C. and spent most of her life in Virginia. She moved to The Villages, Florida in 2011 and moved to Lake Port Square in 2018. She was a retired Budget Analyst for the U.S. Department of Agriculture with over 24 years of service. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. She travelled extensively, and her hobbies included: arts and crafts, gardening, photography as well as being an accomplished pianist. Elaine is survived by her loving sisters: Karen S. Saum and her husband William of Chevy Chase, MD and Marianne Sinclair and her husband Ken of The Villages, FL; six nieces and nephews and six great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Helen M. and Norman S. Sinclair. The family has requested donations be made to Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation in Elaine’s loving memory.
