Edwin Charles Schelble's Obituary
Edwin Charles Schelble, 81, Leesburg, Florida passed away on November 10, 2016 at Tavares Hospice House, Tavares, Florida. Mr. Schelble was born on August 11, 1935 in Hamburg, New York to his parents Richard A. Schelble and Florence A. (Danheiser) Schelble. Mr. Schelble was a former Layout Inspector for Ford Motor Car Company in Woodlawn, New York. He and his wife Joan moved to Central Florida over 30 years ago from Hamburg, New York. He was of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, shooting pool, playing golf and watching basketball and other outdoor sports. He loved to work on projects and could fix almost anything he set his mind on fixing. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years: Joan Schelble of Hawthorne in Leesburg, FL; a son: Mark Schelble of North Boston, NY; two daughters: Susan (Philip) Lakso of North Boston, NY and Karen (Gerald) Feuerstein of Hamburg, NY; twelve grandchildren. The family has requested donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Edwin’s loving memory. The family will be holding a Memorial Service at Hawthorne in Leesburg, Florida at a later date.
