love you greatgrandpa
I extend deep, heartfelt sympathy to you Edith and your family. May God bring you the peace and comfort that only He can and may all the loving memories that you share with others in the days ahead warm your hearts and comfort you as well.
Much Love to you and prayers for you during this time and in the days ahead,
Eddye Mae Coley
I only knew "Pops" for a bit over a year. During that time, we had some really great and deep conversations that I will cherish always. I am so grateful to have had him in my life for even a brief time and will cherish the memories and laughs we shared. During one of our last real conversations he called me his daughter. He even said, "Did you hear what I said? I called you daughter." I assured him I did and said, "I love you Dad!" I will always hold a special place in my heart for the man who was my father for such a brief yet precious time. My memories of Pops began after he had already become ill and he made sure I knew that on the very first day I met him that he wasn't going to be around long. I appreciated his candor always. dad fought a good fight and always told Robert and I that he wanted to be there for our wedding. Dad made it and he and I shared a special moment before I walked down the aisle to marry his youngest son. I will forever be grateful to Pops for sticking around long enough to not only be at our wedding but to share a blessing. My heart is filled with gratitude that he was a part of our special day. may his spend eternity smiling down and watching over us all.
My father in-law was just like a father to me. I'll miss him dearly and never forget how he use to make me laugh. Love you Pop's! Rest In Heaven.
Words can't describe the sadness in my heart. Uncle Moye, you and Aunt Edith have been in our lives for as long as I can remember. The love you have for each other showed in your 58 years of marriage. But GOD needed you to come home. You were there when we needed you and your spirit will always be there. I love you and you'll be missed.
