Edmond Leenknegt, Jr., Leesburg, Florida passed away on August 22, 2019 at Leesburg Regional Medical Center, Leesburg, Florida. Edmond was born on September 16, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan to his parents, Edmond Leenknegt and Bertha Ida (Karmin) Leenknegt. He moved to Leesburg in 1968 from Detroit, Michigan and was of the Christian faith. He was a retired Service Mechanic for Phillips Buick & GMC in Fruitland Park. After Edmond retired, he started a landscaping business serving residents in Lady Lake and Leesburg. He was an avid coin collector and enjoyed his 1950’s Oldsmobile that he enjoyed taking to antique car shows to display. Online condolences may be shared by visiting www.pagetheus.com.
