Dorothy Isabel Elizabeth Johannson's Obituary
Dorothy Isabel Elizabeth Johannson, 94, of Leesburg, went home to be with her Lord on October 10, 2019. Dorothy was born on April 4, 1925 in New York, New York to William John and Edith Dunibar (Jones) Dunn. Dorothy married the love of her life Hans Johannson in 1978. Together they traveled the world until he passed on December 15, 2104.
Dorothy was a homemaker and wife and travel companion for her husband of 36 years. Dorothy was of the Catholic Faith and attended St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Leesburg until her health would not allow her to attend. She loved her family and loved her dogs.
Dorothy is survived by several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, brothers; Eddy, Billy, Walter, and sisters; Edith, Evelyn and Helen.
Dorothy will be inurned at Florida National Cemetery alongside of her husband Hans.
