Donald A. Nichols, Sr.'s Obituary
Donald A. Nichols, Sr., 77, Leesburg, Florida, Passed away on May 13, 2014 at Leesburg Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Nichols was born on January 26, 1937 in Brooklyn, New York to his parents Clyde and Gertrude Nichols. He was a Salesman for the Sunshine Biscuit Company. He moved to Leesburg in 1996 from Medford, New York. He was of the Christian faith and a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Spanish Village Clubhouse where he worked calling the bingo games. He was a C-B enthusiast and loved to be surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his loving wife: Barbara Nichols of Leesburg, FL; two sons: Robert (Linda) Nichols of Pembroke Pines, FL and Donald A. (Kathyann) Nichols, Jr. of Hendersonville, TN; two daughters: Patricia Nichols of Medford, NY and Cindy (William) Dunham of Cape Coral, FL; two brothers: Richard Nichols of Florida and Brian Nichols of New York; twelve grandchildren: Tarra-Rae, Matthew, Robert, Nicole, Michael, Cameron, Dylan, Courtney, Cassady, Kristin, Kaitlyn and Ryan. Mr. Nichols was preceded in death by his son Michael. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 4:00PM at the Spanish Village Club House in Leesburg, FL.
