I'm so very sorry to learn of the passing of such a beautiful soul. I had the pleasure of spending my childhood with 'Aunt Dollie' as my neighbor. I have many fond memories that include her, she was a constant in our lives.
Snapping bushels of green beans in her back yard listing to stories of huge farms, cleaning fresh fish and her & my mom comparing recipes of what dishes go best with what. She was a wonderful neighbor, we would take one anothers laundry off the clothes line if it began raining and someone wasn't home. We often borrowed or gave a cup of sugar or an egg or two when needed last minute to finish a days worth of baking. She inspired me to be a better person. I'm sure she will be missed by many. My condolences to her family.
