Dennis James Kuhar born on July 5, 1975, in Erie, PA was sent to his final resting place on August 15, 2025, in Leesburg, FL He was the beloved son of Dennis and Beverly Kuhar. DJ, as he was affectionately known, was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His journey on this earth was one marked by love and compassion. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by him. We ask that you remember him not for the way his life ended, but for the way he lived it, and for the profound impact he had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing him. DJ is survived by his loving mother, Beverly Kuhar as well as, brothers and sisters, Kelly (Kevin) Edge, Jeff (Jenny) Kuhar, Brian Kuhar, James (Lisa) Hammerman, Kristen (Dan) Eiserman, Susan Hammerman, Betty Lou (Cindy) Kuhar and Dennis M Kuhar. He was preceded in death by his Father Dennis H Kuhar, brother Allyn Dibello, uncle Fredrick Staaf and aunt Betty Lou Bednar. He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews who all adored him dearly and shared in his joyful spirit. DJ worked at Stavro’s for many years with George and Pete Kountanis who had always treated him like a part of their own family. Those who knew DJ will remember him for his infectious smile and overwhelming laughter, and his unwavering commitment to spreading love and kindness to everyone he encountered. He had a rare gift for making others smile and laugh, leaving a lasting impact on all who crossed his path.
