Dawn McCullough, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, aunt, sister, and grandmother, passed away peacefully at home in Leesburg, Florida, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Illinois , Dawn lived a life full of love, laughter, and adventure. She had a deep appreciation for the outdoors, treasured time spent with her family, and embraced every moment with a joyful heart.
Dawn married Donald McCullough and lovingly became a mother to his three children, while also raising two children of her own. She was also a wonderful mother to a son that remained in Illinois. Her nurturing nature and unwavering support defined her role as a mother and grandmother. She is survived by her sister, Alice, her niece Debbie and her children: Michael (Amanda), Shelly (Patrick), John (Jessica), Crystal (Nathan), Joseph (Theresa), and Dustin. Dawn was also a proud and devoted grandmother to many grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy.
Her kindness, strength, and vibrant spirit will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Libby’s Legacy Breast Cancer Foundation at https://www.libbyslegacy.org, an organization close to their hearts. A celebration of life will be set at a later date
