David Charles Rudd's Obituary
David Charles Rudd, 77, of Yalaha, Florida, began his heavenly journey on July 2, 2024. David was born on September 17, 1946, in Orlando, Florida, to his loving parents, Charles and Savanna (Eaves) Rudd. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force from 1965 to 1969 and served in the Vietnam War as a dog handler. He enjoyed the outdoors and spent as much time as he could hunting and fishing. Above all else, he is known by many as a father figure, mentoring young men in the work field, and teaching many to hunt and fish. David is survived by his beloved wife, Jo Ann; sister Sara Lu Hooper (Greg); nieces and nephews, Destini Townsend, Cindy Barnes, Aaron Beerbower, Ronnie Ready, Mark Ready, Ben Hooper, and Brandon Hooper. David is preceded in death by his parents, along with his niece and nephew, Allison Townsend and Brady Hooper.
