David Allen Austin, 58, of Wildwood, Florida passed away on Monday, November 5, 2018. David was born March 17, 1960 in Chicago, Illinois to George and Christine Austin. He worked as a customer service representative for the PC M Read Obituary
I was so fortunate to know David working with PC Pitstop. David was always positive, spoke so highly of people, never said anything negative about anyone. When I moved over to the MSP / Pro side of support I had opportunities every day to talk to David on business issues and then on personal stuff. He would always ask about my girls as they are seniors now in high school and what do they want to do after school. To me David became more than just a co-worker but rather a genuine friend who had interest in my family. To this day I still think about him every day and will do so for a long time because people like David don't just come into your life every day, they are a once in a life-time.
I miss him and am sure he will be looking down on us all with a smile saying 'good job, well done'.
My heart goes out very deeply to Dave and his family on their loss to an absolutely wonderful man whose caring and abiding ways meant a lot to each of us and who will never, ever be forgotten. It is so very hard to believe he has left us and just have to know that he will rest in heaven with the Lord our God and all the beautiful angels.
David loved people and touched the lives of everyone he encountered. He was and remains a devoted son, an extraordinary father, a loving brother, a light-hearted nephew, an endearing grandson, and a true friend to all.
To me, David is the one true love of my life as I am his. Our love for one another is unconditional and eternal. That love clearly radiated from our faces when we were together. I am filled with gratitude to our God for the opportunity to reconnect with him after all these apart even if it was only for a few short years. A friend from work put it this way. She wrote, "Apparently God knew that you needed a little more time with David before his work was done here in this realm and he would be called home."
I know with certainty we will all see him again and the anguish of this separation will be forgotten in the thrill of that reunion. If David were able to speak to you now, he would comfort you with these words; words that we comforted each other with often. He would tell you, "We are spirits having a human experience; love without fear, worry or doubt; choose to be happy."

I was fortunate to work with David every day. We spoke daily and shared stories, challenges, family and hopes. He was my best friend. He is still my best friend and continues to inspire me with his kind nature. I think of him many times each day. Thank you David for all you've given me and continue to give me.
