Daniel Frank Kowalik's Obituary
Daniel Frank Kowalik, 76, Leesburg, Florida passed away on June 4, 2015 at Leesburg Regional Medical Center in Leesburg, Florida. Mr. Kowalik was born on September 24, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois to his parents Stanley Kowalik and Anna (Sabota) Kowalik. Mr. Kowalik was a retired Industrial Engineer for the AB Dick Manufacturing Company. He move to Leesburg from Barrington, Illinois in 2002 and was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Vietnam era. He was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed the quiet and peace Florida offered to him. He is survived by his loving wife of 15 years: Judy Kowalik of Leesburg, FL; two sons: Kevin (Laura) Kowalik of Stow, OH and Brendan (Chris) Kowalik of Volo, Illinois; two step-sons: William (Kelly) Hunter of Seatle, WA and Jeff Hunter of Highland Park, IL; two daughters: Denise Kowalik of Huntley, Illinois and Donna (Jason) Dailey of Centennial. Colorado; a step-daughter: Denise (Brian) Ethington of Franklin, TN; seven grandchildren: Kailey Kowalik, Zachery Kowalik, Ethan Kowalik, Jacob Kowalik, Noah Kowalik, Sean Kowalik and Emma Kowalik and three step-grandchildren: Bill Hunter, Paris Ethington, Alex Ethington, Gwen Hunter and Vivian Hunter.
