Clifford Russel Heintz's Obituary
Clifford Russel Heintz, a resident of Leesburg for the past eight years passed away on Wednesday June 10, 2009 at the age of 92. He was born on June 14, 1916 in Hartford, Conn. to the late Frederick and Lena Heintz. On November 20, 1943 in Pekin, IL he was united in marriage to Ella Strope who survives him, along with a brother Lester P. Heintz of Talland, CT. and numerous nieces and nephews. Clifford retired from Travelers Insurance Co. in 1982 after 47 years of service as a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter. He was also a 50 year member of the So. Charleston Masonic Lodge, the Beni Kedem Shrine, 32 degree Scottish Rite the Valley of Charleston. A memorial service for Clifford will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Page-Theus Funeral Home. An inurnment of Clifford's cremains will take place in the family plot in Bushy Hill Cemetery in Ellington, Conn. at a later date.
