Celine Marie Polinchock's Obituary
Celine Marie Polinchock, 88, went to be with the Lord on August 30, 2022. Celine was born on January 19, 1934, in Calcutta, India.
Celine spent her childhood in Calcutta, until she became a stuartist for Air India at the age of 16, and shortly after that moved to London.
In London, she met the love of her life, Vincent, and together they moved to New York in the 1950’s. It wasn’t until the 1980’s that they relocated to Florida to retire. Celine and Vincent had 49 loving years with each other until his passing in 2004. Eventually, she met Bob. They were companions for several years until his passing in 2020.
Throughout her life, Celine had many different jobs, she was always an active member of her community. Celine was, most importantly, a stay-at-home mother to her children, but she also held positions at SeaWorld, Universal, and Martin Marietta.
Celine was the true matriarch of her family, she was loving, caring, attentive, and forever dedicated. Celine loved to bowl, play cards, and create art, whether it be sewing or painting on crushed velvet. She also collected ceramic dolls, Lladro figurines, and beautiful pieces of jewelry. A devout Catholic, Celine was a loyal member to St. Paul’s Catholic Church. She was always praying for her family.
Celine will be remembered for her classiness, her proper etiquette, and overall sweet and kind personality, she never had anything bad to say about anybody.
Celine is survived by an adoring family; two sons: David and his wife Kristin of Bloomfield, NJ, and Jeffery and his partner Kayla of Golden Valley, MN. A daughter Jeanine of Deerfield Beach, FL. Four grandchildren: Candace, Brian, Adam, and Sydney (as well as one grandchild on the way) and a great-grandchild, Cruz.
Celine was preceded in death by her beloved husband Vincent, her companion Bob, her loving parents, and her siblings, Edwin, Joyce, Frances, and Marianne.
Memorial contributions can be made in Celine’s loving memory to St. Paul’s Catholic Church.
