To the Garner family especially Flo.it was a surprise when I heard of Cecil's passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all. I'm sorry I did not learn of this in time to be their, as Cecil and Flo has been their for me and my family in our time of need. Cecil was an extraordinarily special man being kind and thoughtful came natural to him. I and my brothers will remember all the newyears eaves that where spent together at our parents house as young and older adults, and for all the times our families got together when I was a kid at the old two story house @ n 13th st in leesburg behind Jays ( Philips 66) gas station. I know as Reggie said to me yesterday "its hard to goodbye " well just remember how great it will be when you get to say (hello its good to see you again.) when we all meet again in gods kingdom. Cecil we love you and you will be missed. To Flo, Reggie, Randy. Beverly, Gail, Debbie and all the many family members be strong and support each other in your time of need.
