Cecil Lewis Neff, Jr., passed away on September 1, 2021 at Leesburg Regional Medical Center in Leesburg, Florida. Cecil was born on December 7, 1937 in Columbus, Ohio to his parents Cecil Lewis Neff and Jessie Marie (Hern) Neff.
He was a former Owner of Real Estate Appraisal Business in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He originally moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida approximately 40 years ago and then to Groveland, Florida 5 years ago from Ft. Lauderdale. He was of the Christian faith and was a proud veteran who served in the United States Army. Cecil was a former member of the Columbus Board of Realtors in Columbus, Ohio and a member of the Real Estate Appraisal Institute.
He is survived by a son: Edward “Yancy” Neff of Iowa; a daughter: Shelly Smith of South Carolina; a brother: Gary Neff of Hayesville, NC; a sister: Sharon Tucker of Madisonville, TN and two grandchildren: Brittany Neff and Jocelyn Neff.
