Carolyn was my neighbor, my friend and my confidant. She was always there for me. She took care of my sweet dog Scrappy for years while I worked. He loved her so much. And so did I.
I remember one time when I came back from a cruise. I was telling her about a soup that I had and how good it was. Next thing I know, she called me and said come over for a minute, I got something for you. She had figured out the recipe and made it for me. And it was just as good as the one on the cruise, if not better.
That’s the kind of person she was. Always thinking about other people. I am so blessed to have known her.
You will always hold a special place in my heart.
I will miss you, my sweet friend, but I know I will see you again in heaven.
