When I was a new resident, Carolyn was the first to welcome me. She always made you think she was just tickled to see you. I had the great good fortune to run into Carolyn and Bob a couple weeks before her passing. In typical fashion she quickly turned the conversation away from herself and asked about my goings on. If ever there was a role model of Christian goodness and selflessness, Carolyn qualifies and I'm sure she's now mentoring the angels full time. Jeanne Cardinal and Hank Henne

Carolyn was a very dear friend, wonderful woman and a very positive influence on our lives. We will miss her terribly but know that she is now in a much better place and finally in peace. We are very thankful for the fond memories of the times we spent with her and so blessed that we were given the opporunity to know her.

What a blessing to have had Carolyn in our lives these past 6 years. We will miss her so..... She was truly one of the sweetest people we have ever met. She always had a smile on her face, a twinkle in her eye and kind words to share. Her great courage, amazing strength and unending faith in God, has been an inspiration to us and we are better people for having known her. Now at peace, we believe she is smiling down on Bob, her family and friends, knowing that the joys of heaven surpass all tears.

We called Carolyn our "Little Miss Sunshine Girl"! She was always upbeat and cheerful, and a wonderfully kind loving and warm Lady. We will always cherish the fond memories that we have of her. Carolyn and I became immediate friends when we met as neighbors in Plover. My prayers for all her family and friends as we lift her up and celebrate the life of a lovely woman of strength and devotion. She was self-less and I loved and admired that in her. I will miss her.

Carolyn was possibly the kindest person I have ever met. I never heard her say anything negative about anyone. Maybe she was really an angel amongst us. Perhaps one of the greatest miracles or gifts she was given, was the gift of additional time with her family. She was able to see her grandchildren grow a bit, watch her children marry and have families of their own and was given some wonderful years with Bob. She will be missed.
