Carol Jean Gorski's Obituary
Carol Jean Gorski, age 70, of Leesburg, Florida passed away on November 11, 2019 at The Villages Hospice care with her loving family by her side. Carol was born in Ridgely, Tennessee on June 29, 1949 to the late Beatrice and Thomas Oswalt. She moved to Chicago where she met the love of her life, Frank, and they were happily married for 52 years. Carol was an amazing wife and mother, and she was well liked by everyone she met. She was very dedicated and successful in her longtime career as a business analyst, which she enjoyed for over 40 years. Carol was a member of the Parrot Head Club and when she wasn’t working, she liked to make ceramics, play video games, and spend time with her family.
Carol is survived by her loving husband, Frank Gorski of Leesburg, FL; her son Neil Gorski and his wife Suzette, 2 grandchildren; Matthew and Daniel, and numerous other family and friends.
A Celebration of Carol’s Life will be held on Friday November 15th, 2019 at 2 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cornerstone Hospice in The Villages in her honor.
