Smith, Betty Mae's Obituary
Betty Mae Smith, 86, of Leesburg, FL, died Wednesday October 23, 2024. Betty was the daughter of Clyde and Lucille Hunter of Ohio. In 1955 Betty married the love of her life, Bill Smith, and they enjoyed 61 years of marriage before his 2016 death. Betty will be remembered for her dedication to her family and her love of golf. Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Smith; sisters Mary, Barbara, and June; and grandson Jason Willis. Betty is survived by sister Virginia, brothers Donald, Edward, John, Larry, and James; son Rick (Terri) Smith, daughter Brenda (Rick) Willis-White; grandchildren Jessica, Christopher, Rachael, RJ, Sean, and Heather; and great grandchildren Guage, Ryan, Lęxia, Raelyn, Jason, Olivia, and Monroe. A private service for family will take place on October 29, 2024 at Page Theus Funeral Home.
