Betty L. Satterfield's Obituary
Betty L. Satterfield 78, went to be with the Lord on August 17, 2015. Betty was born in Marshall, Ohio on November 08, 1936 to her parents Winford and Margaret Main. She and her late husband Richard moved to Tavares, FL in the early 60’s from Savanna, GA. Betty was a proud member of Lady Lake United Methodist Church, Lady Lake, FL. In 1954 Betty graduated from Hillsboro High School in Hillsboro, OH. Betty had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed spending time in her garden. She also enjoyed watering her flowers and playing with her dogs. Those who knew betty would say that she was a kind hearted and caring women who would do anything for someone in need. She was a loving wife, mother and friend who will be deeply missed by many. Betty is predeceased by her loving husband of over 30 years: Richard Satterfield. She is survived by her Son: Don Satterfield, of Wildwood, FL; Daughter: Julie Price, of Buford, SC; Brothers: Dick (Judy) Main, of Lexington, SC and John (Jenny) Main, of Clermont, FL; and Sisters: Gene Main, of Orlando, FL, Dottie (David) Slyby, of Cincinnati, OH, and Shirley (Greg) Brammer, of Cincinnati, OH. A memorial for Mrs. Betty L. Satterfield was held on the afternoon of September 21, 2015 at Prospect Methodist Church Cemetery Highland, Ohio located at 4593 Bennington Rd Marshall, Ohio 45133 we invite those of you who wish to pay your final respects to visit the church cemetery at your convenience.
