Betty L. Grimes Betty “Boop” Grimes age 63 passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at her residence in Leesburg, Florida surrounded by her loving family. Betty had been a resident of the Leesburg area since 2001 moving from Ohio. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Leesburg, Florida and was an avid traveler and enjoyed eating out and collecting antiques; most of all she will be remembered by her friends and family as a person who enjoyed spending time and interacting with people. She was pre-deceased by her parents – Walter & Beulah Espenschied. Survivors include her loving husband of 27 years – Wayne;Son- Bryan (Dena) Miller – Kidron, OH;Stepson- James Grimes – West Lake, OH; Sisters – Shirley Corpman and June (Don) Thomas both of Dover, OH; 4 grandchildren6 Nieces and Nephews. There is a pending celebration of Betty’s life that will be scheduled at the Christ United Methodist Church, Leesburg, Florida. The family suggests that in lieu of any flowers memorial contributions be made to: Cornerstone Hospice 2445 Lane Park Road, Tavares, FL 32778.Page-Theus Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Leesburg, FL has been entrusted with all arrangements.
