Barbara and I worked together for years at IAEI in Richardson, TX. Whenever someone called in and had a complaint or wanted someone to help them, Barbara was the right person to send them to. Barbara could "sooth the savage beast" with her pleasant voice and calm demeanor. Barbara knew everything there was to know about IAEI and was very good at her job. It is an honor for me to say I worked with Barbara and to count her among my closest friends. Rest in peace, your suffering is over.
