Anna Lee Dagnan's Obituary
Anna Lee Dagnan age 72 of Leesburg, Florida passed away Sunday, February 1, 2015 in Gainesville, Florida. Anna was born in Knott County, Kentucky and moved to the Leesburg area in 1997 from Shell Knob, Missouri. She spent over 20 years working in the home health care industry as a Certified Nursing Assistant before her retirement. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Leesburg and the “S.I.A.” (Seniors In Action) Sunday School Class. Those closest to her describe her as a trusting spirit who saw the good in everyone. She was a truly sweet person who loved her life and was often overheard stating that she had “no regrets” and that she had a great life. She loved playing bingo, going to the movies, and taking long walks with family and close friends. She was devoted to her family and her happiest times were sharing dinners, reading to grandchildren, and surrounding herself with her loved ones. She was pre-deceased by her husband of over 30 years Charles and her parents Arthur and Lula Combs. She leaves behind to carry on her memory her son – Greg (Cindy) Dagnan of Webb City, Missouri; Sister – Glenna (Sal) Camodeca of Leesburg; Brother – Luther (Peggy) Combs of Wildwood, FL; Lewis (Lily) Combs of Leesburg and Edmond (Josephine) Combs of Tavares; 4 Grandchildren – Eden, Emmy, Ellie, and Elexa; and 2 Great-Grandchildren – Tylan and Grey; and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service is planned for 1:30 PM Sunday - February 8, 2015 at the Page-Theus Funeral Home Chapel - Downtown Leesburg, Florida with the Rev. Gary Blanchard serving as Officiant.
