Alex K. Booke passed peacefully the morning of November 29 surrounded by his immediate family. He is survived by his beloved wife Sandy Booke, her children Debra, Robert and Todd, his sister Linda Cohen, son Bradly along with his Read Obituary
It is with great sadness that I learned of Alex’s passing. From a sweet and funny little boy to a courageous man with a zest for living Alex was a model of perseverance for each of us. To his wife and son and sister Linda and to Lenny I offer my deepest sympathy for your loss.

Vikie and I are saddened and shocked to hear of Alex's sudden death. We always looked forward to our "bridge Battles' against the both of you. Sandy, I was so sorry to hear the sad news. What a sweet man. I'm still in MA so I couldn't attend his memorial. Rest assured, however, that Alex has left behind a litany of wonderful memories. He was a lovely man.

Alex was a great guy. Many fond memories of us going to Batavia downs and Buffalo Raceway. We'd split the exacta box of 3 horses for $6 a piece and always went home winners even when he screwed up a $176 2 dollar win by throwing out the actual winner and holding the reversed. Haven't been in touch for years. Too young to leave us. We will all miss him.

My condolences to the Alex's family. Having grown up with Alex in North Buffalo I will always remember his ability to form friendships with so many people and always stay connected. Go Bills!!! If Alex has his way the Bills will be in the superbowl this year. RIP Alex

My condolences to Sandy and the entire family. I met Alex and Sandy at The Villages Duplicate Bridge Club many years ago, and regret Alex and I never golfed together. We had compared notes so many times. He was a wonderful person, and your memories of him will be enjoyed forever.

We remember fondly our times with Alex and Sandy playing tournament bridge (with some success) and other times sharing dinners & stories of the grandchildren. They became such good friends that we feel like we've lost a member of the family. Alex & Sandy would come back to Rochester after they moved to The Villages & each visit required at least one visit to each of their favorite restaurants - with memories relived at each one! Life will not be the same without Alex's texts about the Bills & the Yankees.
He was such a kind soul. We will miss him always!
