Helen (Lita) Molinari, 81, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed on November 14, 2018. Lita is survived by her brother; Jack Gaida and sister-in-law; Josephine; nieces Kelly Salemme and Jackie Gaida. Her children; Ernie Santo (daughter-in-law Marta Santo), Robbin Parsons (Jim Stevens), Barrie Molinari-Freeman, her grandchildren; Ricky Santo, Jami Wheeler (Derek Wheeler), Fletcher Freeman, Dagny Freeman and her great grandchildren, Nyxi Parker and Trystan Wheeler. She is predeceased by her mother; Helen Gaida, her father; John Gaida, and her sister; Florence Kostuk and brother-in-law John Kostuk. In her younger days, Lita, aka… “Dolly the Dancer,” was a dancer for the Rockettes. In 1955, she was honored as Queen of the P.T. Barnum Festival in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Lita was the matriarch and soul of the family. She loved life and was a free spirit. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren are who she lived for. She loved art, coffee, laughter, sewing, cruises and loved to putz and lounge-(P&L) with her girlfriends. Her favorite times of the year were the Holidays, to gather Family to share love and joy. Her motto was “WABI-SABI,” which described her feelings about life. “It’s all good, even though it’s not perfect. Everything is perfect in its own way”! Mom, Gram, Dedi… you are already deeply missed and will be forever in our hearts. We will always LOVE YOU!!!
