I ordered at noon with showing at 4:00pm. They had to do a substitution on the basket that I ordered because the florist did not have the one in the picture. I received an email about the issue and was fine with the substitution. I also received an email at 2:30pm that the delivery was complete. I am very satisfied with the service and convenience of the service.

The flowers were very nice indeed. They made a mistake on my flowers and immediately took the time to correct the mistake. All in all a wonderful company to work with and yes I would order flowers from them again and again. You will not be sorry you ordered flowers from here.

Most flower displays don't last or get donated away. I have a sympathy planter like this that is 35 years old. I hope this one provides many years of memories. It would be nice to see a photo of the finished gift and not only the catalog picture of what it might look like when delivered since I can't be there to see the final product. It was easy to order and have delivered. I'd do it again.
