Bob & Nadine,My deepest sympathy on your loss. I was shocked when I heard the news. I have known Rita my whole life and will miss her immensely. She was a member of Rhine Auxiliary 2729 VFW for 50 years. I have so many wonderful memories at the Post, picnics, watching the Chicago Bears play, and working with her and Bob on fundraisers. My memories of Aunt Rita are filled with her smiling face and joyous laugh. As a little girl I always thought she was so chic, with her turquoise rings and fancy nails. I wish I had had the opportunity to see her more over the past few years. She was always fun to be around.
