My dad, my hero, my mentor and my best friend is what you have always been. You taught me everything I know (and you would say it only took you five minutes). You were always there to help me out and steer me in the right direction. We had so many good times and the memories will go on forever. There is no way to say how much you will be missed and there is no way to thank you for all you have given to all of us who shared your love, your humor, your music and your life. I can't say goodbye because it's only until we are together again making even more memories. I love you Dad.
Dad, I look out the window and expect to see you walk out of your shed. It's so hard to make myself believe you're really gone. You are missed so much more than you could ever know and will be missed every day until I see you again. I love you.
As your boyhood, high school, US Navy and lifelong friend I will miss you very much and send my heartfelt sympathy to your wife, relatives and friends in the Florida area.
God bless you and all of your family.

Kathy, Gail and I wish to share with you our sympathy and condolences in the recent loss of your father. We are grieving even more because we lost my mother this month as well. May God Bless you, your mother and the entire family and bring them peace, strength and love to surround and protect them in the coming days, months and years!
Grandpa-
Thanks for all the Sunday drives,
and for teaching me to fish.
Thank you for all the boat rides,
and singing my favorite songs whenever I would wish.
I will always love you~ Mary Ann
