"Little David" ... But giant in spirit ... You'll be missed by your family in this life. Your spirit will live in all of us who had the pleasure of knowing you through our fond memories. I can see you now standing tall and confident riding horses together -- and your free spirit moving to the beat with friends on the dance floor..... DAVID HAD BEEN A GOOD FRIEND, WHO I SAWAND TALKED TO EVERY WEEK-END FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS.IN THE PAST YEAR HE WOULD TRADE HIS ROOSTER CHICKENS FOR MY FEMALE HENSBECAUSE HE WAS CONCERNED THAT THEY WOULDDISTURB HIS NEIGHBORS WITH THEIR LOUDAND EARLY MORNING CROWING. IN THE PASTMONTH, HE GAVE ME ALL HIS CHICKENS BECAUSE HE FELT HE COULDN'T TAKE CARE OFTHEM PROPERLY ANYMORE. YET HE WAS VERY SAD ABOUT GIVING THEM UP AND CONSTANTLYASKED ME IF THEY WERE ALL RIGHT.I AM VERY SADDENED TO HAVE LEARNED OF HIS PASSING AND WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER HOWSWEET AND GENTLE HE WAS AND THE LAUGHSAND DISCUSSIONS WE SHARED TOGEATHER.##imported-begin##ARHUR TOBIA##imported-end##

David was a very kind hearted soul honest and friendly to all. We will miss him at the campground Sawmill and at our home when he came out to the farm to ride horses. May you rest in peace lot of love from Tim & David##imported-begin##Tim Clements & David Jennings##imported-end##
David used to live across the street from me down at Sawmill, but I never knew him personally, until I was introduced to David thru Jim, Neal, and Curtis. From day one, he was the best friend anyone could ever have. He was like a brother to me, and eventually Curtis, David, and myself, shared a place down at Sawmill. I have so many good memories of David over the 5 years we shared the place at Sawmill. The floats we were a part of, the places we all went, the laughs, and On, and on, and on. There was something about David that made you smile. He was always cracking a joke, or doing something to make us laugh. Curtis and I really cherished our time with David, and although he may be gone physically, we can feel him in my soul, and he will always have a very special place in our hearts. He's going to be sorely missed, but we rest assured knowing that he's in a better place looking down on us. I'm so very thankful of the time we got to spend with David, and he touched our lives in many way, and for that I'm every so grateful.##imported-begin##Rob & Curtis##imported-end##
I did not know David personally ... but over the years he was someone I never saw without a smile and seeming to enjoy life and friends. I will miss and remember another Sawmill FAMILY member.##imported-begin##Jed Coleman##imported-end##

We were very sorry to hear about David's passing. He was a wonderful person, friend and neighbor. We spent many mornings chatting on his porch and dancing on weekends.A special memory includes laughing and riding with him on a float in a Mardi Gras parade. I'll definitely think of him this upcoming Mardi Gras weekend.I remember the amazing job he did decorating for Christmas one year when we attended a holiday party at his home. Such talent! We'll cherish the memories of good times spent together.Barbara & Tom##imported-begin##Barbara & Tom Marbell##imported-end##
