I just recently met David but we spent many hours together. He was a kind innocent soul in a cruel world. He loved the rapper juice wrld but I was impressed with his knowledge of many genres of music. One night as I was crying because I recently lost my husband David stood up and gave me a hug and said I'm sorry I should have done that a long time ago. We talked about many things including our beliefs and spirituality and David knew that he was right with his creator. Although he was only 18 he was one of the only friends that this old soul currently had. I'm glad our paths crossed and this is not goodbye but see ya later. Treasure those that are placed in your path because if you met them, there was a reason. So listen to their story, listen to their ideas, listen to their experiences, listen to their beliefs, and listen to their views. No matter what their background no matter what their age, no matter what their status in life is, no matter what their IQ is, and no matter whether you agree or disagree. Every single one of us has something that someone else might need to hear. We are all in this together, we are all on a journey, and we all have the capability to be kind to one another. That is what David did for me and although he was young he still was capable of being kind with no motives behind his actions. That is a characteristic that speaks volumes about who a person truly is.
